About Becca Vermelis
I graduated from OU in December 2006 with a B.B.A. in Marketing. After graduating, I was interested in finding out about the Real Estate profession. I was introduced to John and Sherri Lungren. John and Sherri had recently opened their own Real Estate Company and were looking for an assistant. After meeting and talking about our mutual goals we decided that it would be a great fit for us all. I began working for Lungren Real Estate in March 2007 and got my Oklahoma Real Estate license. After becoming licenced, I began working towards my Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) designation. In December 2007 I completed the designation. For all of you who are asking what does GRI mean, here is a brief explanation:
“GRI is one of the most widely recognized designations available to real estate professionals nationwide. The GRI designation indicates the REALTOR® has made the commitment to provide a high level of professional service to their clients by securing a strong education foundation. The REALTOR® Institute program has helped the best and brightest achieve a well-developed understanding of the real estate industry.” –Oklahoma Association of Realtors
In addition, I also hold the Accredited Home-Staging Specialist (AHS) designation. I would love to meet with you about buying or selling a home, or help to answer any questions you might have about the process.
